Bershka Event

A few weeks ago, I attended the launch of the newly opened store, Bershka, in Glorietta 2. I won't hide it, I really got a bit excited when I found out they're opening here. Their items are seriously too cute not to notice. Bershka responds to the demands of a sector of young people who are interested in and highly aware of new trends.
With the bloggers and upcoming artist/ singer Luigi D'Avola. So many girl went gaga over him last time I posted about him HERE. My apparel and headband from Bershka. Yes, I couldn't contain my happiness and just had to wear Bershka on the event day itself. I seriously love my polka dots jeans!!!
They were serving unlimited food and drink the entire time. They even had singer and dancers so everyone will be more hyper. In fairness, it worked!
With the very tall basketball player/ DJ Emel Rowe
Prints, neons and neutral pieces. All my favorite trends this summer.
Fashionably late in black and white: Raymond Gutierrez, Bianca Valerio, Emel Rowe and Mike Concepcion
You'll definitely be seen in these vibrant pieces. I love their shorts!
Nicole and I wearing the same Bershka top, just in different colors. Great minds think alike. Chos! Hahaha.
Probably the most outrageous, cool and one of my favorite stylish siblings: Daryl and Andre Chang
International DJ Eve. Isn't she so hot?
I saw this at Bershka and just had to get it. It's now my laptop cover and I love it so much. Perfection.
The moment everyone's been waiting for: blogger/ DJ Prince Pelayo!!!
Kilig girls? Ang cute nitong photo!!!
The welcoming party was a blast!  The Philippine All-Star performed and the event was full of people. Thanks for the invite, I had so much fun. And of course, it was a plus seeing all my friends again and international fly ins like DJ Eve and Prince PelayoBershka's first ever store in manila is located at Ground floor of New Glorietta 2, Makati City. EMF

Exception Music Festival = unforgettable. I attended it last week and the experience was amazing. I'm such a music lover so I really had a blast. There were three live stages and I felt like a kid roaming around the huge area just to enjoy and not miss a good song the entire night.
With Camille. Thank you Rima Ostwani as well for the tables and drinks. Everyone- and I mean EVERYONE- had a blast.
With Bubbles Paraiso who managed to wear heels the entire time. Hands down to you, Bubbs!
Close friends: Sean Go, Camille Co, Patricia Prieto and Frank Magalona
Hat party! My sister Liz and I borrowing some of our friends' hats and wanting them for ourselves
There were even fireworks! Ash Rye and Raymond Gutierrez fashionably late.
Okay, so I wasn't really able to take a lot of good photos because I was too busy jumping and singing and dancing, but I tried my best. Thank you also Pat for helping me capture some shots and to Exception Music Festival for making our night epic. BMS.

Esquire Ball 2012

(Dress Empire gown, BCBG clutch, Angel shoes)

I saw this Alyce dress online and fell in love with it in a heartbeat. Like any other girl, I pressed the "add to shopping cart" button right away without even thinking where I can wear it to. But can you blame me? Who can resist this fully sequined dress?! The color blue is so striking that I just had to get it for myself. Alyce dresses are so nice! I've actually had this gown for over a month now. When I heard about the Esquire Ball- I knew it was the perfect gown to wear for the occasion. For my hair and makeup, I went straight to Jing Monis Salon and got my usual fairy godmother Junie Sierra to do my makeup. I was lucky enough to see Jing himself there- so of course, he did my hair. He put it up in a loose bun so people could see the details of my gown's back. For my accessories, I kept it simple and wore only a few rings. What do you think? I'm so happy I was finally able to wear this gown out. Ordering it all the way from New York is definitely worth it!
Here are some compiled photos that Camille, Robbie and I took at the Esquire Ball

Athlenetique Chic

(Extreme Finds necklaces, Stella McCartney for Adidas hoodie, Nike sports bra, Korean brand neon corset, Kate Spade clutch, Primadonna colored spike bangles, The Closet Goddess leggings, Jil Sander booties)

I always get excited when it's Preview Best Dressed ball- they have the trendiest theme and the event is always a blast. This year, the theme was athlenetique chic. Rather than asking a designer to make a dress for me, I challenged myself by just finding pieces in my closet. These pieces are actually the items I wear when I go to the gym, except for the neon corset. The first thing that came to my mind when I heard the theme? Neons- and you know how much I love neons, kaya and result? Neon overload! Hahaha. I left my camera intentionally because I knew I'd be having so much fun so I just took photos from my iphone and stole some Instagram pictures from friends like Raymond, Callum, Liz and more. Hope you like the photos!
I can't wait for next year's Preview Ball. BMS.
