Mid waist skirts are so cute! I'd really rather wear them than low waist skirts because it makes you look thinner and taller (with heels, of course). But the main accents of this outfit are because of the top and shoes. If you think about it, they don't actually compliment each other- that's why I like it. And because of the sheer fabric and pink pocket details of this blue top, the entire outfit just clicked. BMS.
