It's All About The Red

(Shop This Easy jumpsuit/ all accessories, SM Accessories belt, Baby Doll bag, Giftsahoy heels)

When I feel like I don’t want to spend too much time mixing and matching separates to complete an outfit, a jumpsuit is usually the first thing that pops in my mind. It's easy to wear and hassle free because you won't be needing to style two different clothes anymore. This jumpsuit from Shop This Easy is super fast to style and can be worn to plenty of events, both work and weekend. It's sophisticated and creates the illusion of wearing a top and a trouser ensemble- I just need minimal accessories their shop as well to perfect the entire look. You know, red is such a strong color- that's why I love wearing this jumpsuit. Also, this bag from Baby Doll look so luxurious yet it's so affordable. What I love most about this bag? The style is so classy and the color spiced up my whole outfit. It really did make the entire ensemble look more amazing and more professional. This look can also pass as a corporate-chic attire. Styling Tips

(Call It Spring hat, Topshop top/ shorts, vintage corset, Alexander Wang bag, Suelas x Laureen Uy flats)

So everyone's been talking about the Close Up Summer Solstice this Saturday and a lot of people have been asking for styling tips as well on what to wear to the music festival so I decided to do this post... So here goes:
1. Wear something light- by light, I mean choose fabrics that are breezy because you'll be jumping and dancing a lot. You wouldn't want to wear something uncomfortable, right?
2. Do not wear heels- well, sneaker wedges are an exception. Flats/ sneakers are probably the best options.
3. The smaller the better... when it comes to choosing a bag. Just bring the important things you need so your shoulder won't hurt the entire night.
4. Corsets are my favorite whenever I attend music festivals. Try it.
5. Don't wear accessories that will hurt you or cause inconvenience. Expect that the venue will be crowded and you'll be dancing a lot too so don't try and hurt anybody, especially yourself, with spike bracelets and all.
Speaking of Close Up Summer Solstice- please watch this video and learn more styling tips from me. I'm so excited to party this weekend! See you all there!!! BMS.

Go White

(All Mango apparel, accessories and bag)

Sometimes I find inspiration in the strangest place. This time, it was a secret garden for me. My outfit really stood out with the touch of nature behind me. I was day dreaming of what to wear during my busy day- I wanted something that doesn’t require me to change from time to time, so I came up to idea of visiting Mango and get some items that’ll be perfect for meetings and still look good this summer. I was so happy that they have these kinds of pieces that save me from daytime errands until late night out. Breezy-summer-chic-corporate is one of my target styles for this ensemble. You can never go wrong with looking classy. White blazer + white skirt + turquoise top with gold accessories never fail me.  When I first saw the Mango’s latest collection I absolutely loved it. I knew it I need to have these pieces. The blazer is so versatile that I can just pair it with all my clothes. Mango pieces always look so chic, it never fails to make anyone look more luxe than usual. You guys all know how much I love small bags, so when I saw this quilted cream bag (that really can fit tons of things inside it), I knew it would look well with my entire ensemble. Skirts like these always catch my heart- I know I’m not a fan of midi skirts, but I’m getting the hang of it. Many people know me with my edgy style but I always put on my mind don’t be afraid in experimenting new thing especially in dressing up.

Red, White and Blue

(Rayban sunnies, Naked Sun Swimwear bikini, Eudora cover up)

The sea, the sand and the sun are a marvelous recipe for an excellent beach vacation. Even if I was in Pangulasian Island for Unilever’s PC Summit, it didn’t feel like work because I had a great time and met so many nice people. I was able to swim, snorkel and gaze at the sea/ sunset- everything felt surreal. Nothing brings more happiness and fun than enjoying at the beach and to complete my trip, I brought this bikini from Naked Sun Swimwear. They have the classiest swimsuits ever! They have a lot of to die for styles that will surely make you hot this summer. I’m really picky when it comes to swimsuits- you really have to find the perfect one for your body type and their bikinis are just the right fit for me. You can always wear unmatched bikinis like this. This halter top that makes me look thinner and the polka dot print + the gold buckle gives a classy look. Actually, the gold buckle is really the best accent. The swimsuit is not “papansin” but definitely a beautiful and wonderful one.
By the way, you can also order their bikinis from their Instagram account. BMS.

Pangulasian Island, El Nido

(Rayban sunnies, Island Girl necklace, Bayo maxi dress, Havaianas slippers)

Last weekend, I went to Unilever's first ever Personal Care (PC) Summit which was held at Pangulasian Island in El Nido, Palawan. Believe me when I say it's one of the nicest beaches I've ever been to. The afternoon was filled with presentations and fun talks of the brands they're handling like Rexona, Tresemme, Close Up and more. Being a brand ambassador this summer for Vaseline, I had my own pavillion wherein I shared my three summer essentials (more of this on my future posts). I wore this maxi dress from Bayo, my favorite piece of clothing this summer season by the way, so I can look fun and vibrant. Dressed up with heels- these dresses give you a look of casual sophistication that’s appropriate for a night party. Dressed down with sandals/ flip flops- this maxi dress worked wonderfully. For me, this is one of the summer must-haves because it definitely makes you look classy and dressed up (in an appropriate way) at the beach. BMS.
