Skull and Studs

(Lemon Shop hat/ top, SM Accessories necklaces/ bracelets, Casio watch, Alexander Wang bag, Bubbles shorts, Das shoes)

Style is very important. I love how it can be used to express personality and you also have a lot of room for creativity. I love working with my outfits to help define my own sense of style and taste. I'm still at that experimental phase and I really find myself loving camo items now. Of course, this skull top is really a wonderful piece to pair with the shorts. The fringes on the back of this sleeveless top will really catch attention and make them stare at your outfit longer. This top is perfect for casual parties because it's loose and you'll feel breezy the entire time. It's also the right balance between being edgy and looking sexy. To add an extra impact to the look, I wore this cute hat from Lemon Shop. I've been asked many times where I get hats like these and my previous ones were always  from my out of the country trips, so I'm happy to announce that you can buy it locally/ online now. Since my look is laid back, I glammed it up by wearing these Das shoes. BMS.

KK

(Dorothy Perkins Kardashian Kollection top/ blazer/ shorts, Designs by Abby Jocson bag, Extreme Finds bracelets, Das wedges)

I attended the Dorothy Perkins Kardashian Kollection event last week and was lucky enough to score these pieces of clothes a day before the event. The top has its striking shoulder pad puff sleeves and black mesh polka dot inserts at the front/ back- making my outfit more edgy. The blazer also has pads on the shoulders, so it made my look twice as strong. Looking at the Dorothy Perkins Kardashian Kollection pieces, it made me think of so many styles and high street fashion trends. Luckily, I also got this bag from Designs by Abby Jocson a few days before the event and it really completed my look. I love how the geometric patterns matched well with my blazer and top. Printed bags make such a huge impact- plus you can use it over and over again and it will be alright. It can also be a laptop bag for a lot of people too. The shape creates that corporate vibe but casual at the same time because of the print. Lovely! BMS.

Shopping Buddy

(The Chic Closet top, I Love Fashion Forever accessories, Pierre Hardy bag, Ministry of Retail jeans, DAS shoes)

I guess you can say red is a very happy and lucky color- you wear it when there are special occasions. I wore this monochromatic look and paired it with colorful accessories to give my outfit a surprise. I met up with my Palmolive Naturals Stylista Speaks Contest winner Anne Camille Mendoza (you can check out my post about it HERE). Well, no doubt that she's the winner- just look at her fair skin that she maintains by using Palmolive Naturals White and Moisture Soap! Its formula, infused with 100% natural Papaya and Songyi Mushroom Extracts, gives whiter skin in just one week* (based on instrumental mexameter reading; when used twice daily). Anyway, the prize was a P5,000 shopping spree at Forever 21 and a styling session with me. So let the shopping begin!
Since F21 is so huge, we didn't know where to start! The first few minutes of the shopping spree, we were still kind of shy and trying to get to know each other better. Here we are trying to check out the design and fabrics of the clothes.
So many pretty shoes! Just like me, she says she's a shoe lover too.
SALE! We rushed to the sale items but sadly there weren't a lot of sizes for Camille anymore.
After awhile, we got cozy already and started talking about a lot of things while shopping. Camille is actually a model and has done a lot of print ands and commercials already. Knowing this, I chose simpler tops for her so she can wear it during her VTRs.
 Isn't she so pretty?
Okay, I guess we really got along. Our shopping/ styling session turned out to be a super fun shopping date! Here we are goofing around with hats.
For a fair complexion like hers, I chose a lot of pastels and powder pink colors for her. It will make her fair skin pop out more. She also has silky black hair so pastel colors are the best choice.
Here I am with the Palmolive team: Jaja Galang, Paula Pascual, Ninoy Gonzales, Ico Aganon and Trixie Esguerra of Nuffnang. I had such a great time shopping with my winner Camille. Don't forget, if you want to have a fair skin- try Palmolive Naturals White and Moisture Soap. Do visit Palmolive Naturals on Facebook to get more fun and exciting tips and features! BMS.

All Covered Up

(SM Accessories necklace/belt/white pearl bangle, SM GTW top/ pants, Superb Finds colorful bangle, Alexander Wang bag, Das heels)

Now's the time to get your long sleeved tops and pants out because the weather is getting crazier by the day. I was lucky enough to take these photos because it rained hard after. You don't want to be in a tank and shorts when it's raining- you'd want to be all covered up and be cozy. I've been looking for cobalt blue pants for the longest time and I was so happy to see this pair from SM Girls Teen Wear (GTW). It's the perfect pair for this unpredictable weather. Of course, my statement pieces were my studded bag and zipper shoes. I'm not kidding when I say these Das shoes are out-of-this-world, in a good and fashionable way. Actually, all their shoes are- I suggest you check them out.
By the way, please watch an exclusive video from our SM GTW shoot HERE. Check out our behind-the-scenes and my tips to girls who'd want to be more stylish. BMS.
