Makeupholics

Girls just love to buy make up. It's our way of experimenting- whether because it will make our entire look perfect or maybe because we just want to know what's best for our skin. I recently found this make up store online called Makeupholics and they sell awesome cosmetics that will surely make your heart skip a beat. All these items are Me Me Me and I'm pissed at myself for only discovering this brand just recently.
Perfect for morenas like me! It gives you that highlight and sun-kissed shimmer that will make your skin glow. I love making myself look more tan/bronze so this will definitely be useful.
"Aphrodite" ruby rich and "Hemera" coral cloak lipstick
I love red and coral lipsticks. Even if you don't have make up on, just throw in a pair of sunnies and wear lipstick and you're good to go. They stick to your lips for hours so no need for that "every 10 minutes retouch" routine.
Bet your heart skipped a beat when you saw the shimmer stack. That's how I felt when I saw this online. Not only is it useful for the cheeks as a whole, but the colors can be used individually as well for your eyes and brows. Of course, the lip and cheek tint balm is a winner as well. All purpose ang tawag dito! If you have a small make up bag that you bring everywhere, include these in your  magical kit.
For an instant flirtatious and rosy cheeks and a pretty pout, try poppy tint and pussy cat tints.
Mix these sunbeam or moonbeam with your foundation for a subtle over glow or apply to cheek and brow bones to define and enhance the area.

I love trying on new make up. Then you get to know what really is the best brand and make up for your face. BMS.

Mixed Emotions

(L-R) elephant necklaces from Giftsahoy and Le Papillion, Samatta card holder
Loving these animal necklaces. Very useful when it comes to piling on necklaces (like I normally do). To all those working people out there, you know it's standard you give out a card when you meet clients- then at some point you lose them because you forgot where you put them. Worry no more because this card holder is so fashionably light, you can bring it everywhere.
Contour kit and eyeshadow palette from Dashe Cosmetics
I can't get enough of colored eye shadows recently. It's funny how in real life I stick to browns and smokey eyes but on television I always play with colors. Can't wait to use these new palettes!!
Thank you Summit Media for sending my Candy and Preview magazine, I always love reading magazines- it inspires me to experiment on my look and be more creative. New notebooks, pens and a planner came in also. I love Muji!!!
 Brushes from Dashe Cosmetics
Soft and tender- parang love lang ang brushes na to! Not once did my skin hurt or have allergies when I used these brushes. I have the complete set at home so now this will be my travel set- I always have spontaneous parties and events to go to.
Nyx lipstick/Models Own nail polish from Digital Traincase
This new Nyx sweet pink matte lipstick will surely be everyone's favorite too. It's similar to candy yum yum (that we know is sold out everywhere).

I just love the feeling of getting new items, it's unbelievable!! Mixed emotions siya. Very Confessions of a Shopaholic lang ang peg. Haha. BMS.

On-The-Go Kit

New make up. Seriously, it's my new addiction.
(L-R): MUFE HD foundation, Benefit blush and concealer, MUFE contour kit
Speaking of make up.. Guess what this is.
It's my new make up kit from Dashe Cosmetics- and it's the cutest thing ever! It was about time to change my old make up kit. This one is so convenient to bring everywhere! Since I'm always on the go and I use my own make up during tapings, this is the best for me. So now, when I have emergency parties or events to attend, I'm always ready.
You can put so many things inside since it opens up. I am so happy I have this- I think every kikay girl deserves a make up kit this nice. BMS.

Wanna Be

My apologies for being a wanna-be make up artist for this post. On my last post, I mentioned something about using new make up- and here they are:
I mixed Nyx HD studio foundation and Laura Mercier cream foundation. The result was fantastic- it was the perfect shade for my skin and I didn't get oily even if it was on the entire night (well, I used the Tony Moly powder time to time too!).
This Nyx HD studio foundation is the bomb-  its formulated from HD photogenic synthesis, so when light hits the skin, the diffusing effect of the foundation reflects the light to make skin appear smooth and reduce the appearance of pores- perfect for photo shoots and tapings!
I also ran out of concealer and figured trying out this one. Yes, I am not only addicted to Nyx lipsticks but I'm trying out all their other products as well (thank you Digital Traincase for selling Nyx items at an affordable price!). I brought with me in the car this tiny Laura Mercier make up remover for emergencies.
OOOHHH!!! Naked by Urban Decay is now my favorite palette of eye shadows. From nude to smoky, you have it all in one palette. I actually can't believe I've only been introduced to this brand just now- it makes me want to put make up everyday. I haven't stopped using it since I tried it. My favorite is when I experiment and mix eye shadows together, I feel like a little girl coloring.
My favorite so far is mixing buck, half baked and smog. It creates that shy but sexy look, I can't even explain it. They don't sell the Naked palette here, but good thing French Macaroons (an online website) sells it. Now you guys can also find happiness when putting on eye shadows.
Also tried these new compact mini brush set that I got from Dashe Cosmetics. I can't stand bringing my huge brush set everywhere- I feel like they're too big for travelling or when I'm in a rush and I've to get ready in the car- so these are just perfect, you have the foundation, contour, blush, eye brushes.
For my lips, I mixed Mac honey love and Nyx Sweet pink- just right to give me that nude-light pink combination.

It's actually nice to be talking about make up once in a while. Learning new techniques on how to apply make up and experimenting on what shades fix you best is a must! I'm actually thinking of attending some make up classes someday.. BMS.

White and Blue

SM Accessories silver bangles (left), House of Thrifted diamond connector ring and Gold bangle (right), Mia Casa cross ring, Extreme Finds flower ring and silver bangle (right)
(WAGW hat, Zara top, Stylebreak customized jumpsuit, Asian Vogue shoes)

My challenge: wear old clothes from head to toe. Everything in my outfit post today, I've already worn (at one point) in some of my blog posts before. You can always wear a piece of clothing again, just make sure it's in a totally different look.
I've been trying so hard to look for a lipstick brand that when you use it, the colors stays for a long time and it doesn't come off easily- and voila! I've found it! Now, my new addiction is collecting Nyx lipsticks.
From lipsticks to matte lip creams, they're the best! I combined these two- Addis Ababa and Amsterdam to achieve that bright neon-y pink-red lips. I don't even know why I've only found out about Nyx now. Seriously, they're so great. And what's best about it is it's only P280.00!
I'm really happy I found Digital Traincase through Multiply. They have the cheapest set of make up prices. I love online shopping! And I love Multiply's new marketplace. BMS.

MMM

Multiple. Make up. Multiply.
I was browsing through Multiply last week (did you know they have a new platform now?) when I stumbled upon Digital Traincase, an online shop that sells make up.
I've been trying to look for the perfect primer- then I found this. Nyx HD studio primer to keep my face matte and not shiny. It prevents your face from any other make up that can harm your skin. I can't wait to also try this Seche Vite top coat polish.
EOS lip balms. I got the limited edition flavors- passion fruit and strawberry sorbet. Makes your lips really smooth and it's 95% organic/ 100% natural. You wouldn't want any chemicals on your lips, right?
And my best purchase from Digital Traincase- a set of make up brushes! Finally, after two years, I bought a new one. I tried it on my face and the brushes are really soft.

Thank you Multiply for making my shopping life easier. If you check out their Multiply Marketplace, you'd be surprised how shopping online is addictive and easy. I can't wait to shop again. BMS.
