All Mixed Up

(Giftsahoy necklace, SM GTW top, Binky Doodles cover up, House of Luxe bangle, Chloe bag, Pinky Toes flats)

Day 2 in Guam. As we endeavored into the historical sites of Plaza de Espana, I came across the old governor's house where I thought would be great opportunity to take my outfit shot. You can really tell I'm a tourist based on the contrast of what I'm wearing with the background where I'm posing - and I love it. Prints and neons are always a great combination which portrays the flamboyant person that I am. This plastic neon bangle is just so great that I didn't bother wearing rings anymore- plus it looked more appealing with my neon Pinky Toes flats too. I have same pair in green (I wore them when I went to Iloilo last time HERE). It's so relaxing when worn so I just had to get one more pair in another color. I have a hard time finding bright flats that are stylish and comfy at the same time so I'm happy that I found this. BMS.

Blue Suede Shoes

(BCBG head piece, Style Staple top, House of Luxe bangle, Pierre Hardy bag, Jag jeans, Primadonna heels)

There's something about corsets that make a woman look and feel sexy- especially black corsets. I find this Style Staple top quite interesting because the extra peekaboo detail where the straps end definitely makes it looks extraordinary. Sometimes, it's better not to put so much accessories and opt to wear statement pieces like this head piece and this deadly House of Luxe bangle. BMS.

Candy Colors

(Mademoiselle necklace, LOVE top, Fashion Galore vest, House of Luxe bangle, Marc By Marc Jacobs bag, Shortcuts shorts, Crocs rubber shoes)

This is what I wore to the Crocs event last week. I wanted to be a bit more playful because it was a young event, so I wore a candy-inspired outfit. The collar definitely matched the color of my shorts (which were actually Patricia's, but I found it too cute, so I stole it hahaha). I also did a play on denim by matching my denim vest with my dip dyed shorts. Too bad I already dyed my hair back to brown or else it would've looked better with my blue ombre hair. To tame down my very colorful outfit, I wore these comfy Crocs shoes in basic white.

The event started with me welcoming the new users of Crocs- Camille Co and David Guison. I love that they're both my friends too! And of course, they also launch their new website. I was part of their NCNY campaign last year, so upgrade na talaga to. Cool, right?
If you click on my section, I'll be asking you several things so I can get to know your style more, and at the end of everything- I'll be recommending certain styles of Crocs shoes for you.
Lastly, they have a promo too! You can win a FREE 3-day, 2-night weekend getaway at Shangri-La Hotel for two! And it's so easy to join. You don't even need to move on your seat. Start your day right and check you NCNY's website. BMS.

Skulls and Stars

(Mauve necklaces, Chiz top, House of Luxe starfish bracelet, TLTSN rings, Marc by Marc Jacobs bag, Giftsahoy wedges)

This is another take on cream colored tops. I usually think of a more mature look if it's a cream colored piece, but because this one has skulls printed all over it- it's different. I never thought cream and cyan colors would mix well together- but they did! I guess the skulls and stars really is a crazy experimental thing- but it did look good together, right? What I love about these Chiz bottoms is they're actually skorts (I hate the term but I love the convenience). It looks like a skirt but they're actually shorts underneath, so even if it's very windy and my skirt goes up- haha you'll see nothing! I'm sure you've noticed it was quite windy when I took the shots (OA ang effect sa hair), so good thing I wore it that day. To soften the look, I chose these powder pink wedges. I can never get enough of wedges, especially if they're as nice as these ones. BMS.
*By the way, if you're the ones who sent me these bracelets, please email me so I can credit you. Thanks!

Floral Pastels

(Romwe round sunnies, Goody spin pins, Monkee Business top, House of Luxe necklace, SM Accessories bangles, Balenciaga bag, Topshop pants, Feet for a Queen wedges)

What to wear on a morning event inside a mall? I decided to wear this cute sheer pastel top form Monkee Business. Its metal detail on the collar is so subtle but striking- and even more with the effect of the metal under my pearl necklace. I loved wearing this top because the color is so hard to find plus the fabric was unbelievably soft- making my day light and breezy. I didn't wear make up as well so I just threw on these cool pair of sunnies. I've been dying to find a pair of round glasses in Manila- good thing I found Romwe's website- such a life savior! Their stuff are absolutely amazing. Pastels and florals are perfect for morning strolls and Sunday gatherings, don't you think?
The event I attended was the iButterfly launch. It's this cool application that makes you catch digital butterflies on your actual screen. Yes, it's like you open your camera application and seeing digital butterflies lurking around. Then, these butterflies become coupons that you can claim at stores like Kenny Rogers, Starbucks, Krispy Kreme, Forever 21, McDonalds, Red Ribbon and many more. Just download the app HERE and use it in any SM Supermalls (North Edsa, MOA, Southmall, Megamall, Fairview, Baguio, Davao and Cebu) and get instant prizes by catching butterflies when you have access to the internet! To know more about it, check out their VIDEO.

Candy Style Awards

It was the first ever Candy Style Awards last week and I'm still in shock- thank you Candy Magazine for awarding me as one of the Style Stars. I started reading Candy when I was 14 and got my first feature at the age of 15. It was a tiny picture at the last page, wherein Candy fans can just send/email anything and the editors choose what to publish. I was extremely overwhelmed to see myself- and from then, I knew I wanted to be part of Candy- so I interned for them. They taught me how to write, style and even model! You can call me a proud Candy Girl.
*Special thanks to Celyn Jaravata for taking my photos and Jing Monis Salon/Juni Sierra for doing my hair and make up.*
I also got to meet my readers and chat with them for a bit- it was indeed a night full of fun and excitement. Here's what I wore to the event:
(Boosteeyay dress, TLTSN earrings, Kate Spade clutch, House of Luxe bangles, Feet for a Queen heels)

Baby Doll look. I really dressed girly for this event, I was even matching with their theme- pink! I just love how fluffy the bottom part of my dress was but to balance out the cuteness of my look, I wore these incredible bangles from House of Luxe. It's edgy but at the same time the colors still make it look chic. The spike bangles really made a huge effect, making my outfit more "me". BMS.
