Blush Pink

(Wild Hearts flower headpieces, Sm Accessories necklace/ bangles, Fashion Wrappz top,  Givenchy bag, Jag jeans, Rose Parfait wedges)

Lately, my style quote has been “less is more”. Not less clothes though, but just less clutter. I’m drawn to simpler and classic looks recently whenever I attend events. Some basic pieces like this one shoulder blush pink top, classic dark skinny jeans + 3 layered floral headband = a very feminine look. I picked up this outfit when I went to Pond's lunch last week. I'm very happy and proud to announce that I'm one of Pond's ambassador. I love how this top from Fashion Wrappz is so loose on me and has another layer underneath for a dainty effect. I also love the uneven cut that I usually pass right by without thinking twice. The fit is spot on and I love the color blush pink because it's so much more versatile. Adding a pop of surprise for this outfit are these wedges from Rose Parfait- its champagne and glittery effect are perfectly suited for my outfit plus the fact that they provide comfortable height and balance to my legs is just incredible. My legs appear longer and leaner. It's one of the most comfortable wedges! A 3-layer floral headband also gave a huge effect of femininity on the entire look. BMS.

Hour Glass

(Girl Candies necklace, Love Mitzhi dress, Givenchy bag, Superb Finds bangle, Michael Antonio heels)

Peplum dresses are saviors if you want an instant shape/ curve. It's a va-va-voom kind of outfit that you can't just ignore- it makes you look sexier in every angle, like this piece I got it from Love Mitzhi. Aside from its peplum style, it also gives a dramatic and sexy feeling because of the lace fabric plus you can totally see the bare back and arm effect- definitely adds more character! Even if it's a long sleeved dress, it's subtly sexy because of the transparent lace fabric at the back. I'm bringing sexy back! Hahaha. I love how this little extra fabric at the waistline can create such a flattering body shape effortlessly. It's like I just need to put a peplum outfit on and I'll have an immediately hour- glass figure. Not just that, it helps hide the imperfections around the lower belly, which most women have. Adding emphasis with the spiky statement bangles popped up some color to my ensemble. BMS.

Happy Valentine's

(Wild Hearts flower headpiece, Sugar Kissed necklace, Seventh Street matching top and shorts, Anagon personalized bracelets/ ring, Givenchy bag, Feet for a Queen heels)

Valentine’s Day is the day of love where you can share a little romance with your better half, family and friends- and it’s that time to remind them why we think they’re so special. Flowers are a universal gift across occasions and are a perfect expression for emotions. That’s why instead of wearing red on Valentines Day, why not just a floral statement? It's a wonderful ensemble to wear especially during love month. This floral headpiece from Wild Hearts can really make any get up look extra ordinary. In any occasion, it will definitely bring out that extra oomph. If you love attending concerts, festivals, parties, etc- this will be the perfect accessory. Not only will it make you look dainty and pretty, it'll also help you stand out. Okay I think I've overused this on my blog, time to get another color/ design! Also, I love how a vibrant print can brighten up an entire outfit- this matching top and shorts made the ensemble look chic and classy. As you can see, floral is the center of my outfit, so I wore these gold arm candies to balance the look. I love Anagon's personalized pieces- they're the perfect gift to someone if you want them to feel extra special. BMS.

Shoes To Beat The Blues

Despite the unusually sombre air cast over Milan Fashion Week last week, it being the first since the death of fashion mogul Anna Piaggi, designers came up trumps with their latest catwalk trends for the autumn/winter season.

Gianmarco Lorenzi, among others, is favouring sculpt wedges this season, twinning them with sexy studs to finish off any outfit with a touch of sass. (The curious can find Gianmarco Lorenzi styles at farfetch.com). Bold florals will be big this winter with some gorgeous colours coming off the runway and designers really pushing powerful pattern- matching from head-to-foot.
Fans of Downton Abbey will be pleased to see that countryside chic is still big over at the Ralph Lauren camp. Expect tweeds, jodhpurs and woolens, all finished off with sturdy, heeled leather brogues in browns and blacks, buffed to an edible perfection.
Givenchy’s fold-over leather knee-boots were heavily featured in their sleek catwalk show this year, and they’re already proving to be a popular choice online. A knock-out look with any outfit, Givenchy showed them off beautifully, twinning them with a range of slick black skirts and trousers, highlighting the versatility of this innovative footwear.
Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen showed of a great range of feathered and furred footwear that’s sure to be a hit as the colder weather kicks in. The range also includes the signature skull pumps, which sees the charming addition of a Mohawk this season to add an extra touch of style.

Long and Short

(WAGW hat, HK brand cardigan, Style Staple top, House of Luxe bangle, Givenchy bag, Second Shop shorts, Primadonna shoes)

I went to Hong Kong two weeks ago for some relaxation and last minute pahabol to their mega sale season. I flew via Dragon Air and I can't believe it's my first time flying via their airline! It's really classy and cheaper than other airlines you'd think would be affordable already- plus they serve food! I think they're having a promo now and it's only $30.00 going to Hong Kong (one way) but it's only until August 31 so try niyo humabol! Wag palampasin!! Anyway, since our flight was very early, I decided to wear plain colors but still play around with the style. Would you believe I only found out last month that I didn't have any nice plain white top? Good thing this Style Staple top was available! The fabric is unbelievably soft- really a must have in every girl's closet! They have it in a lot of colors- and yes, I collected them all. The shoes might look complicated too but I wore it all day without my feet hurting. Oh, the magic of flatforms. Anyway, more of my trip tomorrow. BMS.

Seventh St

(Seventh Street top/ shorts, SM Accessories necklace/ bangle, Givenchy bag, Feet for a Queen wedges)

There's just something beautiful about this Seventh Street top that made me fall madly in love with it. Well, and the shorts too. What nice about the top is that the green sleeves can be buttoned to the black part so it won't be a cutout if you want it more casual- now if you want a dramatic effect, you can opt to wear it like this. It matched perfectly with this high waist shorts too- I just find the print so colorful and attractive! Sometimes I find it so hard to find printed shorts that will make my legs look thin and long, and this one fit me perfectly! To brighten things up, I wore this neon yellow Givenchy bag. Yey to neons! (Okay, I know I keep repeating that phrase, but I just can't get enough of neons!) BMS.

Urban Ears

(Urban Ears headphones, Lunachic necklace, Stylebook Manila top, Oxygen watch, Givenchy bag, Zara shorts, See by Chloe sneakers)

When I go to work/ taping, I always like to wear a more relaxed outfit because I know I'll be changing outfits for sequences. Not only that, but I do love listening to music too whenever we're waiting for my next scene. Of course there's a lot of people in the tent so I choose to use Urban Ears headphones so only I can hear the music. I love the colors and the fact that it's matte too- it looks so classy! I was so happy when I found out they're opening their first ever concept store in Podium this September 13. They have so much cool colors and designs. Check it out! Silhouette

(SM Accessories necklace, Apartment 8 dress, Alexander McQueen belt, Givenchy bag, TLTSN shoes)

Say hello to my blue ombre hair! Of course, the first thing that came to my mind was to wear this simple but elegant dress from Apartment 8. The silhouette of the inner skirt and my legs is subtly sexy and it definitely makes the entire look more desirable. It also makes my hair color stand out more- the exact reason why I wore this dress for my first outfit post with dip dyed hair. There's just something about the color and the length of this dress that makes it alluring to the eyes. Plain and sexy. BMS.
