Flare

(Super sunnies, Twinkies Inc top, Zebra Moda necklaces/ watch, Jhajing ribbon bracelet, Balenciaga bag, Bubbles skirt, Schu flats)

Do not be afraid of picking up some accessories that may seem a little bit too cute or glamorous. Taking risks are actually a nice thing. Experiment a little so you'll get to know your own sense of style more. As long as they match the style you are going for- they will definitely make you look amazing. These accessories from Zebra Moda are so classy and elegant. I used neutral colors on my outfit to emphasize more my accessories and also to grab attention where I want it and for it to compliment my look. Black and gold are really a classy combination and it never fails to make anyone look more luxe. Subtle prints like this polka dot top under with my snakeskin necklace give texture to my entire look.

Good Vibes

(SM Accessories hat, Jhajing necklace/ rings, Bayo top, Glazey Mode bracelets, Alexander Wang bag, Topshop pants, CMG heels)

This coming year, I wanted to be more passionate in dressing up- not that I'm not passionate about it, but I just want to lessen my lazy looks and focus more on experimenting again. I honestly think mixing chic and edgy will forever be my style. I chose this floral loose top from Bayo because it's colorful and catchy. It’s so comfy I can move as much as I want to. I also paired it with these Topshop floral pants. This is actually one of my favorite pairs because it shapes up my body and works well with most of my outfits. Paired with this girly CMG heels, it gave the entire look a vibrant and refreshing feel. I wanted my look to be more youthful and refreshing to attract good vibes for the whole year.
Hat, top, pants and shoes can be found at SM Mall of Asia.

Color Block

(Girls Are Weird necklace, Shop Bella dress, Alexander Mcqueen belt, Jhajing bangle, Bagfull bag, Feet for a Queen heels)

Presenting this great dress I found from Shop Bella. The neckline cut make my arms look really thin, plus wearing a belt really showed my figure. And have you noticed the design at the back as well? Okay, it's not really a design but the hole makes it look sexier. Isn't this dress wonderful? Perfect for day and night wear. I wanted to add a little spice so I paired it with this neon bag from Bagfull. Yellow + pink bag= a heart stopping combination for me. Aside from that fact that it's a dazzling bag (because of its colors), you can also use this as a sling bag. Plus you'd be really surprised how you can fit so many things inside this bag. To complete my entire look, I wore these suede + patent heels. Isn't it one of a kind? I love how people play around with it by putting their hand in the middle of the heel. I was scared to wear them at first, thinking it's not stable, etc but seriously it's just like any other pair of heels- the only difference is the design is better. BMS.

Style Statement

(Goody hair tie, H&M scarf, The Ramp Crossings top/ leggings, Jhajing bracelets, Celine bag, Suelas x Laureen Uy flats)

I was so excited on my first day in China with my family (our last family trip was months ago), and I got the same excitement when my eyes saw this top and velvet leggings from The Ramp, Crossings that I just had to bring it with me. Their pieces are such style statements! I layered this top with a plain black top underneath to help emphasize the prints. The fabric is so comfy and the print is so unique. I decided to wear velvet leggings instead of my normal cotton ones- it gave me shape and as expected, it made me feel so comfortable all day long- plus I felt warmer. The entire look is perfect for the cold and breezy weather of China. You know, seeing a lot of nice clothes in the same store is a hassle free for everyone. If you check out The Ramp's collection inside Crossings, they have everything you need whether it's for casual, corporate or evening wear. BMS.

Geometric

(Goody hair tie, Super sunnies, Jhajing necklace, On The Dot top, Giftsahoy bracelets, Alexander Wang bag, Topshop shorts, Sugarfree wedges)

It's really surprising how this On The Dot top works. The geometric pastel pattern makes it look soft but edgy at the same time, while the pads are such an effective tool to make some turn their heads to look at you. I've always been in love with shoulder pads- maybe because it makes me feel like I'm living in the early 70s or that it's just plain awesome. So I decided to work my outfit around this top and wore patterned shorts and striped socks and wedges. Talk about print overload, but I don't care! Plus, this outfit is perfect for this kind of weather: breezy and sunny at the same time- and speaking of sunny, Don't you just love me new Super sunnies? It's polarized and has a double purpose- it's fashionable and friendly and helps fight the glare of the sun.

Embellishments

(Jhajing top, SM Accessories bangles, Extreme Finds rings, Lemon Shop shorts, Alexander Mcqueen heels)

I've never thought an all black outfit can look this funky- with the help of my embellished pieces of course. I really love how this top works: you can detach the pearl collar if you want it plain. Plus, it did match well with my cross necklace and shorts. This Lemon Shop shorts are so blingy I don't even need shiny accessories anymore. Another thing that's nice about it is the top part has a garter so it can fit any person perfectly.

Tempted

(Jhajing necklaces, The Style Machine Dress, Mamasushi bracelets, Chloe bag, Freedom Manila shoes)

The little black dress. It's a must-have in every girls' closet and it's actually the simplest outfit you can wear if you don't want to reveal too much of your personality- that's why I wore it this night. It's that time of the night where me and my friends want to have fun and go to Resorts World. You can do so many things there- chill at Republiq Cafe, watch a movie, shop, go to Opus or even play poker at the casino. If you're with a group of friends, you really won't know where you'll end up, so dress safe- wear black.
Sometimes I'd imagine myself not going to the clubs in RW, but walking in the casino, making my way into the crowd. I imagine sitting down at a table and checking out my opponents as they hold a scotch glass in one hand and a cigar on the table. Sometimes, life is full of mysteries and excitement- and it never hurts to try new things out. But of course, that will only happen in my dreams, I think I look too innocent to be bad ass. Haha. But hey! We only live once, so I'll probably do this some day. Going back, this is actually the perfect outfit if you want to go play poker because it's black so you'll look mysterious. Main point here is, you should always be dressed, even if it's about poker and fashion. Color Perfect

Do you know what I love about summer?
It's when you can wear shorts, tank tops, and preppy dresses not only because you want to show off your beautiful skin, but because you don't want the heat to kill you. Recently, whenever I dress up I always find myself revolving my look around prints, especially when they're as stunning and as outrageous as the pieces you see in these pictures:
My heart skipped a beat when I saw this neon printed silk top online- the colors/ prints in one piece is just jaw dropping. It never fails to make your look more fun and quirky. Bright pieces like this make you look fair, making you more radiant than usual. I actually have a lot of abstract tops like this now- perfect for summer!
Depending on the type of clothes you wear, some can actually make you look taller, thinner, etc. Some colors, on the other hand, can actually help make your skin look fairer, darker or lighter too. Because I'm wearing a bright orange top, my skin looks more radiant. Like in my outfit here, my pink wedges and red skirt highlighted my legs, making it look fairer and longer (aside from the fact that my wedges are 6 inches). You can also try wearing pleated short skirts to elongate your legs so you can show off your smooth skin.
(Goody tie, Jhajing necklace, Trendphile top & skirt, Gold Dot bracelets, Zara belt, Chanel bag, Vishoes wedges)

Combining bright pieces with just minimal accessories definitely highlighted my fair skin. Though I had just been to Boracay (and stayed under the sun for quite some time) my skin was well-protected from UV rays becauseI lathered sun block all over it. I also used Palmolive Naturals White and Moisture Soap to keep my radiant and fair skin alive. Would recommend you guys to try it- it has a formula with 100% natural Papaya and Songyi Mushroom Extracts that promises whiter skin in one week (based on mexameter instrumental reading, when used twice daily)Wearing colored pieces actually makes your skin more noticeable. This summer, don't be shy to show off your beautiful and fair skin.
