Lights All Over

(Goody hair tie, Cole Vintage necklace, Seventh Street top/ shorts, Casio watch, Kandi Treats cuff, Chanel bag, Comfit heels)

I have to be honest. Having same prints + strong colors really mark on my mind. I’ve seen and thought of far more creative ways to accessorize and be more creative if my looks are bold and out there- that’s why I love this top and short from Seventh Street. One bright thing I can say is its prints are able to effortlessly standout and its radiant presence cannot be denied. This matching top + shorts combination also make you look more sophisticated than usual. It's really because of the magnificent prints and outstanding quality of the fabric- that's why I wore this when I was invited to be a speaker for Entrepreneur Magazine.
I was invited to be one of the four speakers to share how I turned my passion into business. I normally get emails to be speakers in some schools, events and universities but I always find myself too shy to participate- however this was an exception. I was really honored when I got this invite. I shared how I started and how the blogging community influences me in my everyday living. I was also very proud and honored to meet different people from the business world.
This year, I will try and engage more in these kinds of talks and events. BMS.

Burgundy

(Goody hair tie, Istilo necklace/ ring, Alexander Mcqueen belt, Fantasia Clothing top/ skirt, Chanel bag, Primadonna heels)

Instead of a more predictable sweater, I tried tossing a chic lace top- and I must say it's a very beautiful crafted top. It really makes me feel pretty darn happy. This is a style that can can really look graceful in every way, and to make it work in a casual and quirky, holiday-happy look- I paired it with this leather skirt from Fantasia Clothing. You don't even have to bother wearing an inner top because the lace top already comes with a tank inside, showing only the skin of your arms. It partners well with prints, colors, texture, and provides an interesting contrast effect with softer pieces. Leather doesn’t always have to be black- have fun with one of the on-trend colors this season such as burgundy. This leather skirt is already one of my favorite pieces because it makes my waist look incredibly thinner than usual. BMS.

Cut Outs

(Shop Akira dress, A Boutique necklaces, Chanel bag, Island Girl bangle, TLTSN shoes)

This peek-a-boo dress from Shop Akira is extremely adorable. This dress can make you look curvier because of the inward cuts towards the belly part. I actually wore this for my guesting on Myx Channel because I knew it would make me look thinner on TV. For me, cutout dresses have been everyone’s favorite- especially when it comes to showing off toned bellies (I'm not saying mine is toned hahaha). I paired my outfit with these neon necklaces from A Boutique. We all know that neons are my favorite. It's loud and will not escape the attention of anyone. The colors of these layered necklaces are radiating and fun. I'm really hooked on neon electric hues. The fringe + spike combination really worked, plus it really made the entire look more vibrant. BMS.

Sway

Now that everyone's back from their long vacation... I'd like to share a secret. Okay fine, it's not really a secret because I've posted about this product a few times already, but I just can't help to share it again. I did another blogger make over shoot with my Pantene Stylistas Kryz, Camille and Patricia and we were told that we could bring one blogger with us.
Here we are having our hair washed with Pantene shampoo and conditioner.  I remember tweeting about the said event and asked bloggers to send me links to their blog so I can scan before choosing my partner. I've checked over 100+ blogs and it was the hardest decision ever!!! Unfortunately, I only had to choose one and I chose Raiza of Miss Pop Quiz
Our shoot was for Pantene's latest line, the Nature Care Series. Pantene Nature Care has two variants: Smooth and Life for sleek/ straight hair that sways effortlessly and the other one, Fullness and Life for hair that bounces. I rarely curl my hair, so obviously I went to the Smooth and Life variant.
Pantene Nature Care Smoothness and Life collection restores hair’s natural health, smoothness and life form through a combination of the brand’s signature Pro-V technology fused with a nourishing mix of nature’s wonders including Cassia Complex, aloe vera, calendula and ginger. This innovative formula penetrates into the hair’s cortex and fortifies the hair shaft from root to tip maintaining optimal moisture balance in hair while reducing friction between every hair strand therefore achieving smooth, shiny hair that is still full of life and movement.
Here I am all fixed up. Can I just tell you, this was the liveliest and fullest that my hair has ever been- no exaggeration. And not only I could feel it, other people noticed it too! My yaya asked if I had recently cut my hair because it looks so alive and another friend asked me if I went to the salon to get my hair fixed! O diba!! I really love Pantene Nature Care
With my fellow chosen blogger Raiza. Isn't she so tall and pretty?
With the Pantene Stylistas and my loves too. Bilang bounce si Kryz and Cams, hindi pa ready ang hair nila! Hahaha
Pantene Stylistas on the left and our fellow bloggers on the right: Bestie, Danika, Raiza and Lissa.
Goofing around. Ganito kami pag walang camera hahaha!
I love product too much! Really does wonders for my hair.
Break time and I'm still working! #ayawpaawat #workaholic
I had so much fun with these girls and thank you as well to Raiza, my fellow blogger who went with me to the shoot. She was so friendly and stylish! Thank you Pantene for the shoot again. Not only did my hair feel revived, but ever since our shoot, my hair is still as soft and straight now as it was that day.
Here's what I wore for the shoot:
(SM Accessories necklaces/ rings, My Korean Rose dress, Virgos Lounge jacket, Chanel bag, Feet for a Queen pumps)

I chose gold and white for this day's outfit because with Pantene, you can't help but feel fresh and glamorous.

Plain and Simple

(Top Picks dress, Alexander Mcqueen belt, SM Accessories necklaces/ bangles/ ring, Chanel bag, YSL heels)

People know that I am in love with printed pieces and that I'm experimental when it comes to dressing up- that’s why I’m very particular when it comes to choosing plain pieces. The simpler the dress is, the more striking it has to be. When I shop for a plain dress, I take note of every single detail- fabric, style and texture are very important. When I saw this dress from Top Picks, the color of the dress suited my skin tone and the cut outs at the back gave it a subtle and sexy feel. There's just something about plain dresses that gives me the classy feeling. To complete the entire look, I opted to wear my classic bag and heels. BMS.
