School is Cool

Every time I watch TV or go malling, I always see people preparing for school. Yes, it's back to school for most teens- so be the coolest kid on the block by getting equipped by awesome school must-haves. MUJI launches To Higher Learningas its Back-to-School campaign to mark the start of a school year filled with exciting projects, new friends, fresh ideas and fun events on campus. Every year we become more mature and learn new things. College life is hard. You have endless readings to finish, challenging equation to answer and all-nighter papers to submit. Muji provides the best tools for school this year- check these out:
 1) Plant-a-Tree Notebooks– Every notebook produced from this set of 5, MUJI plants a new tree as a replacement and as their way of caring for the environment.
 2) Clear Tip Double-Ended Highlighter Pens– One end has a narrow nib with line widths from 0.9-1.3mm. The other end has a window nib that allows you to see through onto the page at what you will be highlighting next.
 3) Pen Refills– No reason for you to not to take notes this time- with different colors and points to choose from, you can always have your pen ready to scribble, write or just doodle.

Loose on Loose

I love my Stylebreak white top. It's so loose and perfect for lazy days. Fabric is so soft and thin, it feels so breezy!
Wearing my Mariz one piece feathered earring. Recently I'm now obsessed with them. I remember Jasmine Curtis wore it for The Script concert three months ago. Way to start a trend girl!
 My korean friend/classmate/photographer-of-the-day-for-my-blog Dae Lee.
With my all around buddy Kim Manalo, I love this guy to death! Everyone loves him.
(Stylebreak top, WAGW hat, Quirky Pedia necklace, Mariz earring, Alexander Wang bag, Topshop wide leg jeans, Topshop wedges)

Graduation practice day. It was so weird to see everyone in school again after not seeing them for almost three months. Everyone was so ecstatic to graduate already- including me. Finally, I'm entering the real world. I decided to wear something comfy because for sure we'd be practicing the entire afternoon. Loose on loose. Love it. BMS.

Leather and Studs

(vintage vest, Topshop top, Hong Kong brand bottom, Givenchy bag, Stuart Weitzman clogs)

I'm fine stepping out of the house without make up as long as I'm in heels (and wearing red lipstick). I love this leather vest so much because it carries my whole outfit. I went to school for an hour and met up with a few friends after. Changed into denim shorts when it was around 10pm already and decided to go to Cable Car, a place where I don't normally go to- but I ended up having so much fun. Beer pong! xx

Socks in School

(vintage cardigan, Comme des Garcons shirt, Jag jeans, Gap socks, Jeffrey Campbell wedges)

Just another lazy day at school again. I always look for Dae Lee to take my awesome photos. BMS.

Loose Loose and Loose

(WAGW top, Greenhills jeans, Topshop wedges)

I'm back to wearing wide leg pants again because:
1. They're very comfy
2.They look great
3. They make me look taller than ever
Ps. I love my school on Wednesdays- very quiet and nice to chill outdoors. I spent the entire afternoon at the garden with Nicole.

Bonding with Nature

(Zara top, Hong Kong brand jeans, Givenchy bag, Alexander Wang shoes)
I was walking when I noticed I totally blended in this part of our school- so I grabbed the opportunity and used this as my background. Also, Carlos Concepcion visited UA&P and we talked about our school and how different it was way back when he was still a student himself. I also gave him a scorpion ring because I knew he wanted one when he saw mine.

Saturday Classes

(H&M sweater and jeans, Balenciaga bag, Alexander Wang shoes)

It's getting a bit breezy here in our tropical country, that's why I was all covered up yesterday. I didn't know we had make up class too, so I rushed to school looking like this. You can call it the effortless look. I love this part in our school, I can just chill in our garden all day and read a book --of course I can only do it on a Saturday because during weekdays it's always crowded.
The jeans are pure love. Imagine wearing with a plain white or gray or black top with no accessories, it'll still look great. BMS.

Menswear

(Stylebreak unisex top, Jag jeans, Goyard bag, Steven by Steve Madden shoes)

This week is so busy for everyone. Countless errands to do and so much work to finish. I can't wait to relax and unwind when all this is done. Today, I decided to wear a loose top so I feel comfortable while doing all my errands- and since we have a strict dress code in school, I matched it with jeans (although if I were given a choice I would definitely wear shorts). BMS.

Kaimito st.

(H&M top, Zara slacks, Givenchy bag, Dolce and Gabbana shoes)

I stopped over Kaimito st. to drop off a friend when I saw the wonderful downhill view of this street. I wanted to take a photo in school because I was running a bit late, but I didn't care- I had to take pictures here. Although the electric wires were a bit too much, I still liked the effect. Probably took us 5 minutes to take all these photos because it was screaming hot outside.
Can I just say I loved the mix of my polka dot silk top and D&G stilettos (everyone loved the eyes and lips). BMS.

Christmas Time

(Louis Vuitton shades, Zara blazer, Pink Manila lace top, Jag jeans, Marc Jacobs bag, Christian Louboutins shoes)

It's December already so I'm feeling the Christmas-y vibe- hence the green blazer and red shoes. After class, I hung out with Nicole Andersson, a very close friend who just came back from San Francisco. It was supposed to be an afternoon date but we ended up seeing everyone else and played beer pong. Good thing I had extra shorts in the car.
Tip: It's always good to leave extra clothes in the car in case of emergency. In my case, I have extra shoes, clothes and accessories. BMS.

School is Cool

(Zara blazer, Topshop tank top, SM silk jeans, Topshop wedges)

Whenever I want to look for chic yet affordable clothes, I go to SM. They have fashionable (and cheap) corporate items. I practically spend an average of an hour and a half minimum when I’m there. I literally grabbed these pair of mid-waist silk jeans when I saw them on the rack. I didn’t have to try them on anymore- that’s how much I adored them.
They also say IMC students are the most fashionable ones in our school. I don’t know if that’s true or not- but here are some glimpses of their shoes and accessories yesterday.
