Singapore Day 1

(Fashion Wrappz top, Bring rings, Marc By Marc Jacobs bag, Shorts Station shorts, S&H shoes)

First day in Singapore! I’m such a huge fan of wearing casual pieces- I always have some fun by mixing seemingly incompatible styles and prints- or those who I think doesn't match but actually do. This animal print top from Fashion Wrappz is really cool, it's silk fabric in front but plain and sheer at the back- making it very breezy for me to talk all day in Singapore. I’ve always been into balancing certain looks when it comes to dressing up- The classic and sexy appeal of this top really caught my eye and pairing it with this pair of shorts from Shorts Station made it definitely look youthful and fun. This particular set is also an example of mixing prints and style. If you want to feel comfortable and relaxed, I suggest you buy this colorful and lovely pair of shorts. They're extremely cute and perfect for summer. I’m in love with them because of its bright orange color and there's something going on about the aztec print pockets that just add a sexy feeling to it. BMS.

Sleek Perfection

(Extreme Finds necklace/ square bangles, Wardrobe Check top and shorts, Bring ring, Chanel bag, Primadonna wedges)

This is the third look for the Stylista x Pantene campaign we did with Alex Carbonell. I must say, this was the hardest hairstyle he did that day (you'll see how he did it below).  This look from the F/W trend report is called Sleek Perfection, which is part sci-fi- part parisian chic. It basically gives the impression that the hair is aerodynamic and moving at an incredibly high speed. The first word that came to my mind when I heard the look is "braids". If you want that high speed effect, you twirl the braids so it will look like it's moving in one motion. I decided to make my outfit very colorful and overloaded it with print by wearing Wardrobe Check pieces. With a hairstyle like this, you have to be very bold and daring with your look. Wearing this can be very tricky- I wanted the look really exaggerated so I wore this cropped top and high waist shorts, which both have the perfect length and size just to show off little skin on my stomach area. Subtle, right? With this outfit, it's all about the details.
Before having to achieve this look, my hair got pulled in different directions. Of course, if you're doing braids, you have to tug and pull the hair. Tugging at the roots may cause hair fall along with pinning and tying so they used Pantene Hair Fall Control to prevent all these things. My hair didn't look dull and boring at all. When they removed the braids and pins after the shoot, they used Pantene hair fall control again to straighten my hair. Bongga diba! There's always a way to prevent damaged hair- thank you Pantene! Sheer

(Goody ouchless tie, Depaige Manila sheer top, Bring necklace/silver ring, Fayeness Shop bangles/gold rings, Alexander Mcqueen clutch, Style Staple shorts, Feet for a Queen wedges)

Black pieces for me are absolutely the easiest to wear- and this exaggerated mullet top from Depaige Manila is simply the best. I didn't need to exert the extra sweat to make my look gorgeous because this top already proved itself. Its tail is just a few inches above the floor, making it so dramatic that I just wore a bra and a pair of high wait shorts underneath. Effortless. I just combined sweet and edgy silver/gold accessories together to give it a cute combination- and voila! BMS.

A Pop Of Color

(Goody ouchless tie, Jhajing necklace, Bring rings, Crow top, SM Accessories bangle, ATL Manila oversized clutch, Vantan Manila shorts, Gold Dot shoes)

Even if you wear a black and white outfit, you can still spice up your look by injecting a pop of color somewhere- like how I used this green oversized clutch from ATL Manila. I normally keep the colors of my outfit flowing, but this time I decided to change it up by introducing my green clutch. I like it because it transitions as a day to evening clutch. I was still able to keep my look edgy and still look effortless. I just mixed it up with a few metal pieces and rings. BMS.

Classy

(SM Accessories necklaces, House of Eva top/pants, Bring bangles/spike cuff/ring, Louis Vuitton bag)

There's really something wonderful about wide leg pants. Truth is, I lost my favorite pair of dark orange wide leg a few months back and I just had to get one again from House of Eva- in dark red. I think it's because you look taller (cause the heels aren't seen) and it hides the real shape of your legs- so for those girls whose problem areas are their thighs, this will be your savior. I think it just makes you look chic and classy in an instant. I didn't bother looking inside my closet to find a top for this because House of Eva had the nicest printed top too. When I was checking their store online, I already imagined these would be the perfect match. For the finale, I chose to over layer all my bangles in one arm, mixing glam bangles with a black spike cuff just to give it more attitude, and wore this fabulous ring that I may say, is my new favorite. Prim and Proper

 Love my H&M necklace
 SM accessories cuff, Bring rings
(Topshop top, vintage skirt, Chanel bag, Charlotte Olympia wedges)

This was after I shot Stylebreak's new collection with my business partner Katrina Loring. After the shoot, we decided to go to the mall for dinner and wine so I wore something more prim and proper than my usual look. In fairness, I liked it. Experimenting can be fun too. Now I'm loving the cream and black combination. BMS.

To Give and to Receive

(Topshop dress, vintage oversized cream top,  Alexander Wang bag, F&H by Andre Chang platforms)

I'm officially done delivering all the gifts I got for my friends- as a reward for all the hard work I've done this week, I finally got the three pairs of shoes I ordered from Andre Chang (one of the most fashionable guys I know). As you've noticed, I'm into sky high heels - this is (I think) seven inches. BMS.

Also, check out all my rings from Bring. Thank you so much Binny Ubaldo for sending me these- I loved them all! It's so my style, especially the double rings. Btw, the rings are only around P400.00. Get one now! I'm sure they'll be sold out soon.
After all the shopping, wrapping and delivering, I finally got to rest. Bonded with Jasmine Curtis Smith and Mike Concpecion over wine and bread (and tartufo) last night. We met up with a couple of friends after- Last hurrah before spending time with our families the following day. Happy Christmas Eve everyone! xx
